We would like to offer a very warm welcome to Abi Wignall MRTPI who is a chartered town planner with a chartership in town planning (MRTPI) and joins the firm with a wealth of planning knowledge!
From working for large developers on 200+ housing sites for one of the big 4, to listed building consent and change of use applications, Abi brings a full suite of planning knowledge to the team!
Abi will be working across all sectors to begin with and assisting with all manner of applications. Abi's specialism comes in development and promotion of residential sites.
Working across West Lancashire, South Ribble, Chorley, Preston, Pendle and surrounding areas, I am sure clients old and new will come across Abi as she continues her planning career with us.
