Main changes include;
RLE1 forms can now be submitted via email (hallelujah!)
BPS Submission Deadline extended to 15th June 2020
New funding to support Dairy Farmers through COVID-19
Amendments to BCMS; temporary changes have been made to how cattle keepers request amendments to cattle passports
