Meet The Team
Luke Banks BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV
I grew up on my family farm in Hutton, Lancashire, gaining experience in pastoral farming, including raising beef cattle and dairy farming.
After leaving Hutton Grammar Sixth Form at the age of 18, I went straight into a role as an apprentice surveyor.
I graduated from the University College of Estate Management in 2020, soon after becoming a member of the RICS.
In professional terms, I particularly enjoy valuation, planning, landlord and tenant matters, compulsory purchase and compensation claims.
Outside of work, I enjoy a wide range of sports with a particular interest in rugby, football and the occasional game of golf.
If not playing rugby, I can generally be found in the gym trying to get fit, outdoors on the family farm or walking my collie dog, Tess.
