Meet The Team
Hannah Eaton BSc Hons
Graduate Surveyor
I graduated from Harper Adams University in 2023 and I am planning to take my RICS and CAAV exams in the next year. I have previously worked for local firms nearer to where I grew up in Skipton. On my placement year I worked for a business specialising in the Utilities sector in Cheshire where I travelled the length and breadth of the country involved in large utility and renewable schemes. Â Currently I get involved in all aspects of professional work including grants, planning, valuation and wider rural surveying matters. Outside of work I enjoy a range of sports including running, horse riding and keeping fit at the gym; with an equal interest in a large glass of gin! I enjoy being outdoors and find my weekends to consist of helping my partner on his hill farm based at the foot of Pendle hill.
Julie Howard MBA
Office Manager
I came to Tarleton nearly 30 years ago and married a local HGV driver. I do feel privileged to live in such a lovely area. I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration whilst working as a Divisional Manager in the NHS in Bolton and Liverpool. I was lucky to take a career break whilst I had my daughter and son then in a career change, I became a Business Tutor and Assessor for Apprenticeships at Southport College where I worked for 13 years. I was able to indulge my passion for Training and Development and travelled to employers across the Northwest. My role in this business is to support the team and make sure that the office can run smoothly and provide the best service possible to our customers. Our work teams days are the best from Junkyard Golf, nice meal, and rough pubs in Liverpool to a climb up the Old Man of Coniston. Outside of work I enjoy long country walks often followed by a large glass of brandy. I enjoy meals out with friends in local restaurants and think it’s important to support other local businesses.
